Alfalfa meal on blueberry bushes
I heard alfalfa meal was good for poor soil so I put some on two blueberry bushes (2nd year). Now I realize I shouldn’t have done that and I watered it Ina bit. What will happen now that I have done what I did?

No worries - the alfalfa meal is good for the soil and won't hurt the blueberries. Were you concerned because you heard that blueberries like acid soil? If so the good that the alfalfa does will outweigh any rise in the acidity level. Enjoy your blueberries this summer. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
