Pooping possum
I have a possum that poops in my rock garden at night. The rock garden is along the side of our patio. I have picked up the cat food at night and yesterday I put moth balls around the garden, as was suggested on the Internet. I was rewarded last night with more poop! I thought it was a raccoon but my husband saw the possum. Do you have any suggestions?

A trap! Possums can be vicious, but they are dumb and easy to catch in a live trap. Must be marking their territory in your rock garden because there is a nest nearby. We found a family of possums living in an old truck - and beware they really do act dead if threatened but are only playing possum. Good luck, Marianne Binetti
