Marianne's Response
Can I still harvest collard greens after they bolt?
What does it mean if I see a little flower bulb on top of one of my collard greens? Should I start clipping them down?

Sounds like it is time to harvest those greens as your collards are going to seed. Warm weather causes foliage crops to bolt or make seeds instead of foliage, and this makes for some bitter greens. You may be able to replant in the fall when the weather cools.
Keep growing,
