Recommendations for organic fertilizers
I would like to use organic fertilizers and moss control on our lawn especially to make it a safe place for my dog to walk on. We used an organic fertilizer once that worked great but its main ingredient was chicken manure and smelled terrible. Can you recommend some products for us to try? Thank you!!

Look for a product made by Ringer that is called Lawn Restore. It does have an earthy odor but is not a strong smell. You can also use lawn foods that contain slow release nitrogen - this is not harmful to your pets or the water supply as there is no excess nitrogen being washed into streams.
