need a name for care and info
I have inherited a large number of plants that give large orange/yellow flowers in the spring in NE (June-July). The plants send up a stalk with the display of flowers at the top. Afterwards and before, the leaves grow from a central ground-level clump, about one foot or more long. if anyone recognizes the plant name from my description or some possibilities, please respond and I will be able to direct my research. nice to be a new member: –> love plants, love people who love plants.

Welcome to the site! My guess on your mystery plant is Leapord's bane or Doronicum. If you send a photo perhaps we could all be more accurate. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
