My first instinct here is to say "they need more sun" but I should first know what type of plant you have. There are many plants with a "daisy " type of flower from Rudbeckias to Maugarites  and even daisy type mums. If you send a photo of your lazy daisies perhaps I can determine what type you have and what they need. Poor nutrition is another  reason plants bloom poorly as well as stress from not enough water.
