Why no trace elements in Flower & Vegetable Osmocote?

The “Guaranteed Analysis” of Osmocote Outdoor & Indoor lists, besides NPK, the following: Mg, S, B, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, and Zn. The “Guaranteed Analysis” of the Osmocote Flower & Vegetable lists only NPK. Why have all the essential elements present in the Outdoor & Indoor formula been omitted in the Flower & Vegetable formula? It would seem that having essential elements would be important for vegetation grown for human consumption. Additionally, calcium would be beneficial in a formula designed for vegetables.
