Marianne's Response

Yes, this house plant does well in low light so keep it from direct sun so the foliage does not burn. Just be sure and wash the leaves before bringing it back indoors in the fall. Like most house plants it should be moved indoors before any cold frost hits the area. Remember that house plants put on new growth when moved to the bright light of summer out doors so you may want to add a slow release plant food like Osmocote and repot into a larger container if you notice any happy house plants out growing their pots. Look for roots poking from drainage holes or water that runs through the pot quickly due to a container full of roots as signs your houseplants need repotting. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
