Identify Plant

Can you please identify this plant for me? My wife and I think it is beautiful and I would like to plant some of my own

I am pretty sure the two shrubs are Pee Gee hydrangeas or Hydrangea paniculata "BoBo' or the dwarf form.  I am basing this on the fact that the flowers look long and pointed on a more compact shrub. If I am correct you should see the blooms start to turn pink then rust. But the photo is a bit bleary so it is possible the shrubs are a similar looking shrub Dwarf Butterfly Bush or Pugster White. If they are the butterfly bush the blooms will stay white and be fragrant. If you want to send a close up of the blooms I could be more sure of my identification. The good news is that both are great shrubs and you should be able to find them at your local nursery.
