Russian olive tree
This Russian olive tree no longer exists in our yard but I guess roots keep sprouting up everywhere and they are even growing in between the expansion joints under my concrete garage they’re nowhere near the crawlspace they’re growing under the grass under the driveway and into the garage what do I do how do I get rid of it

Yikes! Such an overly ambitious grower. You may need to resort to RoundUp to spray on the cut ends of each volunteer plant as this will stop the spread of unwelcome guests. Keep cutting back each sprout as they emerge and eventually the roots will starve. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
