The lovely Mandevilla vine is a tropical plant that blooms in summer areas but is not winter hardy if your temps drop below 32 degrees. It likes moist but not wet soil and a mostly sunny site. Enjoy this beauty in pots or baskets. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
