About my Cattleya Orchid
I was recently given a 7 year old Cattleya Orchid. It has many dead roots surrounding its container. Is it safe to cut these dead roots off? I will attach a photo. Joann Ossewarde (new Member)

Yes, you may cut off the roots that have emerged from the pot but also consider transplanting this orchid to a slightly larger container. It is growing well so I suspect it likes it's new home. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
