Ground couver
I live in S California. I have a 440 sauerkraut feet which I like to find green ground cover which is resisted to rabbit. It’s sunny area . I tried different things but it was just food for rabbits. Please help. Thank u

Some bunny is in trouble! (sorry, couldn't help it.) Cover crops to improve the soil are a great idea especially in the winter. The problem is that the best cover crops such as clover, vetch and field peas are also rabbit food. My most practical idea is to fence the area to keep out the rabbits. An energetic dog could also patrol the area for you but then you could have even more troubles. If you decide on a fence be sure to dig down and put part of the fence underground. Rabbits are experts at burrowing under fences. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
