Yes! Many young people want your wisdom and are willing to help but your job is to find these budding gardeners. First stop should be a call to your local high school to see if they have horticulture classes and perhaps the teacher can recommend a student to hire. Next try your local community college to get a student worker. Finally a social media site that has a local gardening forum such as your local Master Gardeners or garden club might allow you to place a plea for a young worker. To make the offer more attractive offer short working hours of just 3 to 4 hours at a time, payment in cash and flexible times.
