Looks like too much water and winter weather. This succulent craves bright light and little water and by the end of winter is usually looking sad but watering only increases the misery. Do not water until soil is all dry and do not let plant sit in drainage water. I think in a month or two with longer days your Christmas Cactus will perk up.
