Yes, you should remove the faded blooms from your calla lily and also follow the stem that holds the flower and cut this off down low. This is called "dead heading" when you snip off spent blooms and although it helps most plants put energy into new growth rather than seed production, not all flowering plants must be deadheaded to perform well.
