Hi,
I’m new to gardening, I have a few plant on the ground and want to know how to care for them: key Lime Tree, Soursop, Papaya and Bell Pepper. Any help will be very appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome to gardening. The plants you listed sound like you must live in the South. In general these plants will need water if it is very dry and fertilizer usually once a year in the spring. The bell pepper is an annual which means it will live for only one year so harvest the peppers as soon as they are ripe. My best advice to new gardeners is to join a garden club, hang out at nurseries and ask questions or just ask your neighbor with the lovely yard for some advice. Each region of the country has different climate zones and my zone up near Seattle will not have the same growing conditions as a zone in Florida or Atlanta. Getting to know local gardeners will be the way to learn local gardening. Don't over think plant care. Poke a finger into the soil and if it is dry and the plant is wilting then water. Use a slow release plant food like Osmocote around the roots in spring. Enjoy and learn and get ready to embrace the adventure of gardening. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
