Tea roses with dead buds may be overfed
I recently bought hybrid tea roses in plastic wrap. I planted them in big size pots. They started to bud. A few grew well, but on one or two of the plants the new buds and new shoots started to die. They are in full sun with soil consisting of miracle grow soil, peat moss, pearlite, vermiculite, fertilizer, Epsom plant toner fertilizer and a pinch of Epsom salt. They are watered properly. At the time of planting the temperature varied a lot during night and day time. Can u explain what went wrong?

I am not sure but if you send a photo that would help. The death of new buds and shoots could be root damage from the trauma of the transplant or perhaps too much plant food. The Miracle Grow soil already has the fertilizer needed for the roses and if you added more fertilizer and also Epsom plant toner it may have been too much too soon. Cut off the damaged shoots and just wait. The roses should out grow the problem with proper watering. Do not add more plant food.
Keep growing,
