I grow edibles in containers but recently bought the wrong fertilizer: Osmocote® Plus Trace Elements – Vegetable, Tomato, Herb & Garden Beds. I only realised that this is not suitable for containers after I opened it.
Is there any way I can still use this fertilizer for containers?

Do not worry - Osmocote can be used in containers no matter what type you buy so go ahead and add the product to your pots. You are going to love the results. Just remember that the fertilizer will be released as the soil warms so if you apply in the fall or winter the plants will not receive the benefits until the soil warms in the spring.
