Applying Fertilizer & Fungicide

Hello, I have a 4 x 8 raised bed vegetable /fruit garden. I just hit the mark on my calendar where I needed to fertilize it so I did so with some organic mixture. Because of the constant amount of moisture in my back yard area over the years my garden unfortunately develops some type of fungus/mold every year now at some point. I have been able to manage it for the most part by rotating spots of the plants that are affected by it each year and also treating it with a fungicide. This year, the day that I applied my fertilizer (today) and the day that I need to reapply the fungicide just happen to fall on the same day. So anyhow question is, is it ok to apply the fertilizer and spray the fungicide the same day or will it affect the garden badly if I do so? Thankyou in advance for your help & guidance

I do not know of any reason why you could not use fungicide and fertilizer on the same day. I do think you should increase the drainage of your soil so you would not need the fungicide. You can add sand or perlite to your raised beds to keep the soil aerated and less damp. A mulch of dry wood chips would also help to dry out the top of the soil. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
