Spots could be a rust disease (look for bumps under the foliage) or because they are brown and white they could be damage from hail or an herbicide. How much of the foliage is spotted? Do the plants look healthy otherwise? I think you may want to wait and see if the plants continue to bloom and grow it could weather damage and the plant will be fine.
