I love the photo you sent of heucheras, and foliage plants are easy to grow and give long lasting color. Try hosta, cordyline, canna, Japanese Forest Grass, lamiums, and small evergreen shrubs if you have large containers. You can add annuals like geraniums, petunias, and lobelia to your containers even if you fill them with perennials and small shrubs. Just be sure the pots drain well, don't let them dry out and all plants in containers need to be fertilized. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
