Not unless it is named Lazarus. Some plants become dormant or look dead in winter but once a plant is dead it stays dead. Bamboo is very invasive so many home gardeners regret planting it as the neighbors complain once it sneaks over to other yards. Let dead bamboo stay dead. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
