Marianne's Response

Indoor plants need less fertilizer than outdoor plants as they generally grow slower as they are in containers and get less sunlight. A slow release plant food like Osmocote is a good choice as you are less likely to overfeed and burn the leaves of your houseplants with too much fertilizer. I use the pre measured Pot Shots on all my houseplants. The macro and micronutrients in the Osmocote Pot Shots are especially beneficial to blooming houseplants and many of the tropical houseplants will flower if given enough sunlight and the right nutrients. Right now my bromeliad has been in flower for over 4 months! Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
