Best flower plant for front of house
What is the best floor plant for the front of my house. The plants will receive full sunlight during the morning for at least 4 hours.

Not sure about your climate or if you want flowers, evergreen foliage or a mixture. If you want a colorful evergreen shrub that will stay below the windows then Euonymus fortune 'winter creeper' is one option as you can easily trim it to the level you want. Dwarf conifers will also survive in most areas and have evergreen foliage. The Blue Rug juniper is an example of a low growing juniper that will stand out against the white of your house. For perennials the many hostas, Brunnera and hardy fuchsias will thrive as this area is protected from afternoon sun and you can also consider some of the more compact hydrangeas such as 'Pistachio' hydrangea. Visit a nursery, show gardens and observe what does well in your neighborhood with the same light exposure. Have fun with your many options and Keep Growing, Marianne Binetti
