What to do with horseradish flowers
My horseradish is in its 2nd year. It has started to grow flower/seed stems. Do I let them grow and flower/seed or should I snip the stems off? Thank you. Blamm

I would snip off the flowers and seeds so the horse radish roots would gain all the energy as this root crop expands underground. Now stand back and give this plant plenty of room. Horseradish can be invasive as it begins to spread. Just make sure it has good drainage so the roots don't rot.
Keep growing,
