Single stalk versus multi stalk Crown of Thorn seeds
Hi Marianne,
Do you advise growing Crown-of-Thorns from seed? If so how can the proper seeds for single-stalk plants be selected? Does the single-stalk plant have a name different from the multi-stalk? Thanks.

Hi Bob,
Don't be bewildered - just plant those seeds and see what comes up. Then you can select the seedlings that look like they will be a single stalk. The Crown of Thorns is a type of Euphorbia, and the seeds do not always breed true, or look exactly like the mother plant. The surprise is part of the fun of growing from seed.
