Blueberry plants love an acid soil. Purchase peat moss from the garden center and mix this half and half with a quality potting soil such as Miracle Grow. You can also add peat moss around the base of blueberry plants growing in the ground and work it into the topsoil being careful not to damage the surface roots of the shrubs. Blueberries also like a lot of water. You can fertilize with a rhododendron and azalea food made for acid loving plants. I see a lot of pies in your future - Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
