Yes, I think the lavender tree can be saved. First soak the roots well then move the plant into the shade for a few days. Do not let the pot sit in drainage water. If it doesn't perk up and stop wilting you should trim off about six inches of all the newest tip growth. Don't worry that you are cutting off the flowers. Pruning stimulates new growth and then you will get more flowers. Lavender plants need full sun (unless they are wilting) and should be watered when the top two inches of soil is dry to the touch. Poke your finger into the soil to test for moisture. No need to fertilize this lavender plant as it is in recovery mode and plants with gray foliage like lavender are not heavy feeders.
