Canary Bird Vine
A few month ago in your TNT article you talk about the subject vine. Are these only Ed Hume seeds? I haven’t planted seeds for many years so can you tell me who locally carries his seeds?
(Just a side note, Christie (Schultz) B grew up two doors from where we raised our family for 39 years. Still in touch with her and her mom.) Mary and I were quite the gardeners and still are.

The canary vine is available from other seed companies not just Ed Hume seeds and may go by the Latin name of Tropaeolum peregrinum Keep in mind this sun loving annual vine hates the cold so start seeds indoors or wait until all danger of frost is past before planting seeds directly into the ground. Once summer it arrives it can cover up to 25 feet so give it plenty of room. Enjoy the unusual yellow blooms until frost. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
