Care of fuschia hanging plant

I live in Colorado and bought a hanging fuschia plant. How much sun and water do they need? How far back do I pinch off dead blooms?

Fuchsia baskets need lots of water and plenty of shade. You can remove the faded blooms by snipping off the flower and the swollen seed pod just behind the bloom. Fuchsia baskets also need plenty of fertilizer as they flower on new growth. Add Osmocote to the planting soil following the amount recommendation on the label. This will keep your  fuchsia fed and blooming all summer until a cold frost ends the blooming show.  In your climate keep the soil moist by watering twice a day if necessary on the longest days of summer.
