Catalpa
I just bought this tree a couple weeks ago with hope that it would stand up properly, what can I do to make this tree more straight, it’s got very strange bent limbs and I’m afraid it will be side heavy, what can I do?

Catalpa trees are known for their long limbs and awkward shapes but you can prune back the longest branches by two thirds now. Pruning will not change the bad form of the tree right away but over time it may fill in and look better. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
