Cedar chips or shavings can be purchased from bulk soil and gravel companies in areas near cedar logging operations. Near the Renton, Washington location where you live there are several businesses in Buckley, Washington that sell bulk cedar chips. Although I do not name companies on this site, you can google soil and gravel deliveries in Buckley to contact the companies. I do love cedar chips for a pathway especially in the shade. Not only will the cedar pack down so you can easily use a wheelbarrow but the oil from the cedar repels weeds and fleas. Just don't use cedar as a mulch around plants.
