How to successfully grow a citrus tree in containers

Hi Marianne,
I’ve heard that you can grow lemon trees in containers. Are there any other citrus trees besides lemon that we in the Pacific Northwest can grow in containers and bring indoors during the cold season?
Thanks,

The Meyer lemon tree is the best bet for citrus that will actually be edible, but if you want to enjoy ornamental citrus you can grow dwarf orange and lemon trees, as well as more exotic citrus fruit. The cooler weather in the NW prevents most other citrus fruits from ripening. If you have a heated greenhouse that would open up more options. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
