CREPE MYRTLE & YELLOW ROSES QUESTIONS
Hi Marianne, Thank you for getting back with me so quickly. I live in middle Georgia. Regarding the yellow roses a friend suggested I use one part Epsom Salts to three parts water for the yellow roses to keep their colour longer. Have you heard of this?
I actually didn’t fertilize my Crepe Myrtles, didn’t prune them, and they are in full sun. I can tell that they aren’t going to bloom again this year. I don’t understand as they look so healthy. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks again. Mary

I have heard of using Epsom Salts on roses so give it a try. As for the Crepe Myrtles give them another year. If they still don't bloom you may need to transplant them to a different location. Sometimes a move will shock a shrub or tree into blooming. Otherwise consider the shovel solution and dig them out. Life is too short to put up with disappointing plants.
