Love your column in the TNT. Can you tell me what this plant is? It has lots of beautiful foliage but refuses to bloom. I have moved it to 3 different spots and it will not bloom. It is now on the west side of our yard and gets morning and some early afternoon sun. My garden books show only the flowers of plants not much of their foliage. Thank you. Carol Sayer
