cucumbers
Hi Marianne, what causes the cucumbers that are just developing to stop growing and drying out? Very few of them continue to develop into mature cucumbers. Thank you.. Aloha, George.

Do you live in a warm climate? The most common cause of cucumber disappointment is dry soil. If the soil dries out for even one day the cukes will fail to develop. They also need well drained soil so if the roots hit clay they will stop growing. You can send a photo and perhaps I will have more clues to the mystery. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
