What plant combinations work well with ginger, and what size container would be needed?

Not sure if you mean the ornamental tropical ginger with the bright red and orange blooms, or a culinary ginger in an edible garden. A pot at least 12 inches deep and 10 inches wide would be the minimum, but a larger container would be even better. Add lime green foliage plants such as sweet potato vine, and a brightly colored coleus in the pot if you want a tropical punch of color to go with your blooming ginger plants.
Keep growing,
