Deer ate Lilies!
Deer have been munching the tops off of my Martagon Lilies. I guess I need to try to make some chicken-wire cloches…… Anyways, I bet these won’t bloom? How ’bout next year? How does this affect the growth & health of the bulb? Thank you

As long as the deer left some green foliage I think your lilies will bloom just fine next year. The leaves make the blooms for the following year. So sorry about the damage. Next year try spraying the lilies with a deer repelling spray, adding wire cages or fencing the garden area. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
