Designer Recommendations?

We are building a new house and want to find help to decide what plants will go where to grow best and look like we want. But all the designers I’ve contacted want to both design and install, and start at $50,000. We just want to hire someone to work with us to come up with a great design that we can implement ourselves.

Do you know of someone who could do that in Enumclaw? I would ask you, but am sure you are too busy, but hoped you might have a good idea of a talented person we could contact. We’re happy to pay, just not $50K.
