Sorry, but I do not know of any plant that will rid an area of moles. I do recommend using a groundcover such as lamium or creeping Jenny to hide the damage that moles do to a flat surface. A more trap is the best defense from a mole problem as the average size property most likely has just one mole making mounds. An important tip is to bury the dead mole back into the runway to prevent other moles or voles from moving in to the vacated tunnels. Professional mole trappers are available for hire or you can purchase a trap and learn how to properly set it from the instructions. Wear gloves to avoid leaving your scent on the trap.
