I just bought Osmocote, how long last good is this item.
I only use for few small plants, so I do use much, but the store have 2lbs bottle is smallest size.

Congratulations on selecting the best plant food, Osmocote. If kept DRY and at a reasonable temperature -- say, 25 - 80 degrees -- the material in a bottle of Osmocote will continue to be useable almost indefinitely. That's because the nutrition is encapsulated. I suggest storing unused Osmocote material in the original bottle and with the original cap closed (to keep moisture out). Enjoy the coming season!
