Marianne's Response
Roses can be planted bare root in the early spring when you see forsythia in bloom or in warmer climates if roses are sold in pots at the nursery you can add them to your landscape in spring, winter or fall. Roses are difficult to transplant in the heat of the summer when they are actively growing but it can be done. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
