They are intended for Master Gardener conferences, but not for individuals. PlantersPlace does offer free samples to the general public of Garden Select for Blue Hydrangea Blossoms. Again, these are not seeds. In fact, they are encapsulate granules of slow-release aluminum sulfate. Their purpose is to change the pH of the soil adjacent to a hydrangea plant's root system.
