Ideal time of day to plant Knock Out roses in a hot climate
What is the best time of day to plant potted Knock Out roses in the deep south where it is very hot?

Plant in the cool of the evening so the rose can absorb water at night and be ready to face the heat the following day. The Knock Out rose was a good choice.
