Gramma D-question

Liverwort taking over all shaded areas. Dug it out last year but it’s everywhere this year how do I get rid of it without killing other plants it’s snuggled up with.HELP! Thank you

First, don't stress as liverwort is not harming the other plants. It just like cool, damp conditions. Then for a quick improvement cover the soil with a fresh mulch of bark chips or composted dairy manure. The liverwort will suffocate under this frosting and your beds will look lovely. Keep growing - but not liverwort, Marianne Binetti
