grow muscat in Arlington Va?

My wife would love for me to grow muscat grapes of a seedless variety.
Is this possible in this region?
Any general principles of growing grapes?
Would i have to buy plants or seeds?

There are hundreds of varieties of Muscat grapes but the Muscat of Alexandria, a very ancient grape grown as a table grape and to make raisins may be the one that does best in your area. The golden muscat is more easily found and you can order muscat grape vines from the American mail order nursery at www.Starkbros.com. May all your vines be fruitful and multiply.
