Marianne's Response

Roses with yellow leaves

Why do my roses have just a few yellow leaves, mainly at the bottom the plant?

Marianne's Response

The oldest leaves naturally turn yellow and fall off as new growth begins. Just pull them off if you like. If there are many yellow leaves with black spots this could be a sign of disease. If you sent a photo I can help you determine if you have a disease problem or not. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
