Trees can go into the ground as young seedlings if the location is right for the variety of tree you are planting. So sorry but I am not familiar with a moringa tree. Could you mean a magnolia tree? In general you can move young trees from a pot to the ground when a root system is established. Give the young tree a tug and if it si secure and cannot be uprooted then it has a good root system. Form a basin with mulch to catch water and keep the soil moist the first summer. If rabbits or deer are a problem then add a fence for protection.  Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
