Marianne's Response
Identify plant please!

Can you identify this plant. I’m sure this isn’t the proper spot for identify.
But if you can, I appreciate!

Marianne's Response
Beautiful but those daisy-like blooms are hard to identify without some more hints. What do the leaves look like? Is it a florist or indoor plant or outdoors? What is the size of the plant? Did it survive the winter then pop up in the spring or sold as a bedding plant from a nursery? My best guess from the image you sent is that it is a variety of English Daisy or Bellis. These spring bloomers grow low under 8 inches, like cool weather and have more paddle shaped leaves than chrysanthemums which can have similar daisy like blooms. Bellis can invade lawns but are a wonderful cottage garden plant and as you know from the image, a great flower for pollinating insects. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
